Mystery Customer Showrounds compliment Mystery Customer event enquiries by telephone as well as our Mystery Guest Programme. Quite often hotels will concentrate on implementing an overnight Mystery Guest Programme and forget to measure the effectiveness of their event sales team. Mystery Customer Showrounds fill this gap.

Mystery Customers will contact an event sales office to enquire about holding an event at a venue and agree to visit the venue for a site inspection or showround.

Acting as a real customer, the Mystery Customer will visit the venue and assess the professionalism of the venue contact and the whole event showround process.

All findings are documented on a detailed measurement report which is available on-line at any time of the day.

Whilst most of our clients using this service are five and four star hotels, mystery customer showrounds are also ideal for any venue with conference and banqueting space such as heritage venues, stately homes, museums, race courses, and visitor attractions.
